Terry at Beyond Juicery + Eatery is AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. He took the time to explain options, gave great recommendations, and his energy honestly made the whole experience better. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly values customers. The food/drinks were fresh and delicious, but Terry’s service is what really stood out. Beyond Juicery is lucky to have himI’ll definitely be back because of him!

I love the food here. My issue is that multiple times I've ordered on their site and they deliver it without a seal on the smoothie and literally threw my sandwich wrap in the bag without a wrap on it. Literally just threw it in the delivery bag. The best part is when you call they want to give you a refund but you are still out your lunch! They don't give a dam! When I call they say there is no manager...OBVIOUSLY!!!! They sit on your money a while before they actually send it to you!!

Beyond in Rochester Hills, MI, is an absolute delight on a hot summer afternoon! The new Island Surge quenches my thirst and boosts my energy levels for the second half of the day, and when I add a “Hot Shot,” I’m set for the night. Fresh, smooth, and succulent, this drink leaves me beyond words!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Beyond Smoothie and Juicery that I feel compelled to share. As a busy parent, I often rely on quick and healthy options to fuel my day, and Beyond Smoothie and Juicery has become a go-to spot for me. During my recent visit, I had ordered a delicious smoothie to enjoy while running errands with my toddler. Unfortunately, my little one accidentally dropped the smoothie, leaving me without a much-needed energy boost. However, the staff at Beyond Smoothie and Juicery went above and beyond to rectify the situation. When I explained what had happened, the staff immediately expressed their concern and offered to replace my smoothie free of charge. I was incredibly grateful for their understanding and generosity. Not only did they replace my smoothie, but they also ensured it was prepared promptly, allowing me to continue with my day without any further delay. Beyond Smoothie and Juicery not only excels in high-quality and nutritious options but also in customer service 🤗
